Royal Oak Hospitality & Leisure Corporation proudly participated in the 35th National Quality Forum (NQF) organized by the Philippine Society for Quality (PSQ). Held from October 3–5, 2025 at the John Hay Convention Center in Baguio City, the symposium brought together industry leaders, quality advocates, and government officials—including Baguio City Mayor Benjamin “Benjie” Magalong—to champion the value of quality and purpose in shaping sustainable organizations.
With this year’s theme, “Sustainable Excellence: Purpose at the Heart of Quality,” the forum emphasized the importance of aligning systems, people, and leadership with a clear sense of purpose.

A Three-Day Gathering of Quality Champions
The event featured keynote sessions, panel discussions, and collaborative learning opportunities for participants from various sectors across the Philippines.
Key focus areas included:
Purpose-driven leadership
Sustainable business practices
Operational excellence and continuous improvement
Quality systems in service-driven industries
Digital transformation for organizational growth
These discussions reflect the evolving landscape of Philippine industries and highlight the role of quality as a long-term foundation for sustainability.

Royal Oak’s participation strengthens our commitment to building a future-ready, purpose-driven hospitality group. The insights gained from the NQF support ongoing initiatives across all Royal Oak brands and properties:
1. Purpose as a Strategic Foundation
The symposium reinforces our belief that every Royal Oak brand—Acquatro Suites, Dos Pebreros Café, and more—must operate with a clearly defined purpose that guides service standards, guest experience, and operational systems.
2. Strengthening Operational Excellence
Topics on lean systems, quality assurance, and performance frameworks directly complement our current efforts to institutionalize SOPs, improve property operations, and create scalable service models.
3. Applying Sustainable & Efficient Practices
Learnings from the event support sustainability-driven initiatives, including efficient manpower deployment, energy-conscious operations, and smarter resource planning—critical as we build and expand our hospitality portfolio.
A Shared Vision for Excellence
Our presence at the 35th National Quality Forum underscores Royal Oak’s dedication to elevating the hospitality industry through purpose, disciplined execution, and sustainable systems.

As Royal Oak continues to grow, the lessons and connections gained from this event will help shape a stronger, unified, and quality-driven organization—ready to bring world-class Filipino hospitality to more destinations.
